Apparel and Accessory Product Specialist
At Grand Forest we keep our customers safe! We are looking for a Product Specialist to manage our chainsaw protective product line from design through development and distribution. Managing this brand allows for creativity and professionalism. Someone who is experienced in customer relations will be an ideal liaison between the customer and our product development team. An individual who is passionate about safety, enthusiastic about our environment, and an excellent team player would be a great fit. As an expert in this product line, this employee will be a valuable resource for our customers to rely on for regulation information, safety specifications and product knowledge. The accessory portion of the position allows for international communication with various vendors. This employee will be primarily focused on our chainsaw protective product line while fully supporting our other outdoor products.

Key Responsibilities
- Brand Awareness and Building
- Communicate effectively with prospective and existing customers regarding product specifications, uses and features
- Actively source retail, industrial, and professional leads for internal brand
- Cultivate leads from initial contact to becoming an established customer
- Successfully maintain current B2B accounts by:
- Presenting quality education to dealers, distributors, and end users as necessary
- Creating, maintaining, and distributing reports on a regular basis
- Creating successful sales programs
- Facilitate the development of new proto-type products
- Present product suggestions to customers
- Customer Service
- Accurately process sales orders into company specific ERP system
- Oversee orders placed by associates to maintain product communication consistency
- Process returns and warranties, including communication with customers
- Brand Management
- Create and monitor budget for sales and cost of goods
- In conjunction with Accounting and Company Management, determine pricing strategies which balance market acceptance and cost feasibility
- Work with Production and Warehouse to oversee product distribution to ensure adequate delivery times
- Maintain inventory with accurate counting and storage

Garment Specialist
Grand Forest is seeking sewing machine operators for full time positions. Our Garment Specialist take pride in manufacturing safety apparel in our Summerville facility. While industrial sewing experience is beneficial, training is offered for motivated individuals with limited to no previous sewing experience. Various positions available including sewing, inspection, commercial embroidery, and industrial machine operator.
