Wool Apparel Product Specialist

We are looking for a Wool Apparel Product Specialist who is experienced in the retail sales channel but also willing to work directly with the garments and show why they are the best cold weather base layers out there. Someone who is enthusiastic about outdoor life, appreciates high quality clothing and is an excellent team player would be a great fit. As a wool apparel product specialist, this employee will share an in-depth knowledge of the garments and proactively identify new retail buyers who will represent our product well in their stores. This employee will be primarily focused on our Woolpower apparel line while fully supporting our other outdoor products.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Awareness and Building

    • o Communicate effectively with new prospective and existing customers about the benefits of wool and Woolpower
    • o Actively source retail, industrial, and professional leads
    • o Cultivate leads from initial contact to becoming an established customer
    • o Successfully maintain current B2B accounts
    • o Periodically attend trade specific shows to highlight the product and identify new prospective accounts

Customer Service

    • o Accurately process sales orders into company specific ERP system
    • o Inform, educate, and communicate with customers via online portal and phone inquiries
    • o Process returns and warranties
    • o Maintain inventory with accurate counting and storage

    • • Skill proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Sales Force
    • • Excellent computer skills within the Microsoft Suite
    • • Aptitude to learn and retain detailed product knowledge
